LOS ANGELES, Dec. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — DermOQ Inc., the oxygen skin care provider of Oxygen Lab™ topical skin care products to physician’s offices, spas, and aestheticians and Element Eight® prestige skin care announced today that it had closed the acquisition of ECHO2 Plus® and Oxyceuticals™ oxygen facial treatment product lines from Skin Products, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
